This 3-day experience begins with the gently vibrating singing bowls, in combination with the flowing sound of rainmakers.
The harmonious sound of these very old master bowls promotes deep letting go and relaxation to the HEART level.
Through the sounds of the singing bowls, your innermost being is brought into balance and this meditation calms the soul at the same time. Let the sound work on you naturally.
There is nothing to do, it is just BEING.
In our group singing bowl meditations, the singing bowls are not placed on the body. The intensity, with these very old Tibetan singing bowls, is touching and profound through the vibration alone. In addition to the singing bowls, other different instruments can be used for meditation. Everything is possible, nothing is necessary. Just be there.
This is an opportunity to discover your heart in its true power, to experience a profound, connecting time. Each sound and tone serves you to BE in the NOW for you to experience an extraordinary journey.
