What is Qigong?

Qi Gong is effective energy management. It is a traditional Chinese practice that uses movement, breathing techniques, meditation and visualization to promote balance and harmony of the body, mind and spirit. It aims to harmonize and strengthen the Qi in the body (life energy) and absorb external Qi. Qi Gong is practiced for self-healing and to promote health, vitality, well-being and the development of consciousness.

Zhineng Qigong - Level 1 - Lift Qi Up & Pour Qi Down (Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa)

Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down is a modern form of medical qigong developed in the 1980s by Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming with great success. The exercise emphasizes guiding Qi through the mind and absorbing external universal Qi. Through opening and closing movements and mental concentration, inner Qi is released and outer Hunyuan Qi is absorbed to penetrate, nourish and strengthen the body, stimulate the flow of Qi in the body, improve perception and, most importantly, activate the self-healing powers. Duration: 30-60 minutes.

Morning Qi Gong and Inner Smile meditation

With this dynamic and energizing morning Qi Gong routine, we wake up our organs, bring ourselves into balance and connect with nature, the earth and the rising sun. We circulate and center our Qi so that we can go into the rest of the day balanced, strengthened and full of energy. The meditation of the inner smile according to Master Mantak Chia completes the morning Qi Gong routine. Duration: 75 minutes in total

Qi Gong in the evening and 6 healing sounds meditation

This evening Qi Gong routine helps to relax from the day, relieve stress and creates a good starting point for a restful sleep. The evening is a good time to go inside and to balance our emotions. We calm our minds and hearts and balance the Yin and Yang energies in our body. The meditation of the 6 healing sounds according to Master Mantak Chia completes the evening Qi Gong routine. Duration: 75 minutes in total

Stem Cell Qi Gong by Master Mantak Chia

Stem cell qigong is also known as DNA reprogramming and supports our body's amazing ability to regenerate, repair and rebuild. By gently hitting the body and organs (e.g. with a bamboo hitter), old, diseased and damaged cells can be broken down and then repaired by our stem cells. We support the renewal of white and red blood cells, the production of new stem cells, the strengthening of our immune system and our well-being.

The hitters made of bamboo are provided in the course or can be purchased from me.

Duration: 30-45 minutes.

Three Fires, Six Directions & Microcosmic Orbit by Master Mantak Chia

In this Qi Gong exercise, the three energy centers in the body, known as dantians, are visualized and opened in the six directions: front, back, left, right, up and down. The Three Fires refer to the fire energy of the Universe within our bodies. They are the Dantian Fire, Kidney Fire and Heart Fire. Activation awakens our connection to the original power we were all born with, vitalizing and harmonizing body, mind and soul. Blockages can be released by activating the microcosmic orbit. It is a basic form that can be practiced in combination with other routines.
