Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal & Organ Massage course (CNT1)

With over 30 years of experience, Jutta Kellenberger is a Senior Instructor in Master Mantak Chia's Universal Healing Tao System. She teaches worldwide and we are very happy to be able to offer this CNT 1 course with Jutta in Stuttgart for the second time.
Course program:
Course content is the 1st level of Chi Nei Tsang (CNT1). Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist massage of the abdomen and internal organs. This massage removes blockages, promotes blood and lymph circulation and the free flow of energy throughout the body. It supports the detoxification of the organism on a physical and mental level, which leads to a feeling of relaxation and well-being. Chi Nei Tsang is primarily used in the navel and abdominal area, where, according to Taoist teachings, our second brain is located and where stress, tension and unresolved emotions have accumulated and piled up over the years.
Furthermore, we will practice Qigong exercises and meditations of the Universal Healing Tao in the course.

Certificate:
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance. This course can be credited with 28 hours for the Chi Nei Tsang (CNT1) massage training of the Universal Healing Tao according to Master Mantak Chia.
