I was trained and certified as Chi Nei Tsang Massage practitioner as well as meditation and Qi Gong teacher of the Universal Tao by Master Mantak Chia in Thailand. 

I am also an instructor of Zhineng Qigong Science (Level 1 and 2) certified by Xi'An Lintong Zhineng Science Research Center, Mingjue (Consciousness) Gong Fu teacher certified by Master Wei Qi Feng (The World Consciousness Community) as well as certified YOQI® QiGong Flow Associate Instructor.

In 2022 I completed my training as a Feng Shui Consultant (DFSI) and Business Feng Shui Consultant (DFSI) with the German Feng Shui Institute.
 
It has always been very important to me to follow my heart and make my dreams come true. For 12 years I have therefore lived and worked in Asia, more precisely in Bangkok in Thailand, in Siem Reap in Cambodia and in Yangon in Myanmar. This time in Asia left its mark on me and spirituality, yoga and mediation became part of my everyday life.
 
I originally studied tourism business administration and worked in the management of a travel company in Asia. However, after a few years this didn't really satisfy me anymore.
 
During a fasting retreat in Thailand, I received my first Chi Nei Tsang massage in early 2015 and I immediately knew that I wanted to learn that myself. This decision changed my life profoundly as it led me to Master Mantak Chia and the thousands of years old Taoist teachings and meditations of Inner Alchemy.
 
These meditation and Qi Gong techniques as well as the Chi Nei Tsang massage training gave me a tool to restore my own inner balance and to bring more harmony into my private and work life.
 
In 2018 I decided to return to Germany and I am now looking forward to passing on my own experiences and my love for Qigong.
